How do I get my custom fit mouthguard?
Once you place an order, we ship a super-simple impression kit to your door. You take your impression at home, mail it back to our lab in the pre-paid envelope, and we hand-craft your custom guard.
How long does the entire process take?
Typically, you will receive your impression kit within 3-5 business days. Once we receive your impressions back at our lab, it takes approximately 10-14 business days to craft and ship your finished mouthguard.
Can I wear an Impact Mouthguard with braces?
Yes! We offer specialized mouthguards specifically designed to fit over braces. Please ensure you select the 'Braces' option when ordering so we can provide the correct impression kit.
What is your 'Perfect Fit' guarantee?
We pride ourselves on precision. If your mouthguard doesn't fit perfectly upon arrival, contact us within 30 days and we will provide a new kit and adjustment at no additional cost to you.
How do I clean and maintain my mouthguard?
We recommend rinsing your mouthguard with cold water or a specialized antimicrobial mouthwash after every use. Avoid hot water and direct sunlight, as high heat can warp the custom-fit material.
What sports are these mouthguards suitable for?
Our guards are designed for all levels of contact. We offer specific thickness levels for high-impact sports like MMA and Boxing, as well as thinner profiles for team sports like Basketball and Soccer.
