Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify if you require a resize or a refund.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the mouthguard and any original accessories in their initial packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our specialized lab using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely for our technicians to inspect.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Resolution

  Once received, our team will evaluate the fit or defect and either ship your adjusted replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
